Contract templates provide electronic services via the Internet in the form of contract templates and forms (the “Services”). The Services are sold by the subscriber signing a subscription agreement with Contract Templates (the “Agreement”). The agreement grants the subscriber rights to use the Services in accordance with the parties’ agreement. The subscriber can access the Services through a username and password. These General Terms and Conditions apply to Contract Template’s provision of the Services to the Subscriber. These General Terms and Conditions therefore form part of the Agreement concluded between the parties.
1. Agreement time
The agreement runs annually and is automatically renewed one year at a time in the event of termination. Termination shall be made in writing not later than two (2) months before the expiry of the agreement.
2. Subscription fee
Subscription fees are invoiced for the entire contract period after the conclusion of a contract and according to the Contract Templates price list applicable at each time. A billing fee of SEK 25 will be added. All prices are excluding VAT. Repayment of the subscription fee does not take place during the current subscription period. The price list is revised once a year. Contract templates reserve the right to change the subscription fee for the coming contract period if the conditions have changed or for any other reason do not correspond to the previous year’s subscription fee.
3. Payment terms and interest rates
3.1. Payment is made on invoice.
The invoice amount must be available on Contract Templates bank account no later than fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. If delayed payment is due interest according to law. Contract templates are owned by delayed payment entitlement to remuneration for remuneration fee as agreed applicable law.
3.2. Special payment terms for e-commerce.

bank / credit card
With VISA or Mastercard card purchases can be carried out safely and easily at Avtalsmallar.se. Enter the card number and the validity period which is on the front of the card. Then the verification code (CVC2) is entered. The code is on the back of the card (the last three digits).
All data is handled securely and globally encryption system developed by VISA and Mastercard that means no one unauthorized can see the card details. Checking the card will be done by the partner partner DIBS (formerly Debitech AB) who checks that the card is valid and that amount is available. DIBS meets the requirements of PCI DSS. The order is completed when the general conditions accepted and the purchase has been approved.
In connection with this, an email confirmation is automatically sent containing personal login information for the service of your choice. The money is not deducted from the account until the username and password has obtained. Agreement templates offer card payment for customers in Swedbank, Svenska Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea. We do not accept American Express, Diners or foreign credit cards.
4th Delivery
Delivery is done by the subscriber receiving an email confirmation with his login information consisting of a username and a password sent by Contract Templates and thereby gain access to ordered Services.
The password is for the subscriber only and may not be transferred.
5th Redemption
Repayment to the Consumer will be made within 30 days at the latest if the Consumer cancels the purchase on proper grounds.
6th Return Policy
According to Chapter 2, Section 4, § 1 p. The Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59) does not apply to the right of withdrawal for the entered into contract as the Services are of such a nature that they are excluded from the scope of the law. With the Agreement the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal shall not apply.
7th Claims
Consumer has the right to advertise the Services about its properties

eighth Maintenance
Contract templates reserve the right to maintain and thus modify the content of the Services. Further development and updating of all Contract Template Services take place on an ongoing basis.
9th Transfer of subscription
Subscriptions may not be transferred without the written consent of Contract Templates.
10th Canceling subscription
Contract templates reserve the right to have immediate effect cancel a subscription and cancel the Agreement without any repayment obligation if the subscriber uses the Services improperly. agreement Templates also has the right to cancel a subscription and cancel the Agreement the subscriber does not pay due invoices, apply for or is requested in liquidation or bankruptcy or otherwise may be assumed to be insolvent.
11th Minors

12th Personal information
Personal and company data is stored, encrypted and processed confidential by Avtalsmallar AB in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998: 204). Contract Templates AB is responsible for personal data for the processing and has the right to use this personal data to store the necessary customer information in order to complete the conclusion of the Agreement. Personal information stored is first name, last name, invoice address, e-mail address, social security number and organization number. Contract templates can will provide personal information to Svea Ekonomi AB and Fortnox AB. The data subject has the right to request a register extract in order to be able to check what information is registered. The data controller is obliged to, at the request of the data subject correct information that is incorrect, incomplete or misleading. The Registered persons also have the right to have their information deleted on request. Contract templates have the right to sell information to third parties. Customer when ordering the Services, gives its consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the above.
13th Disclaimer
Contract templates are not responsible for how the subscriber uses or applies the services ordered and has no responsibility towards third party for the subscriber’s application or use. agreement Templates is not responsible for any changes and additions that the subscriber enters related to the use of the services ordered. The contents of the documents which are part of the Services are based on Swedish law applied by Swedish law enforcement authorities at the latest at the time the subscriber got access to them. Contract templates are not responsible for downloaded documents correctness in the future.
Any contract templates included in the Services shall be considered as examples and may require customization on a case-by-case basis. agreement Templates shall not be liable for alleged or incurred damage, loss or expense as directly or indirectly depends on or allegedly depends on the contents of Contract Template Services. Contract Template Services shall not be regarded as legal, financial or any other form of counseling. agreement Templates is not responsible for any loss of data of the subscriber when used of Contract Template Services.
14th Intellectual property rights and rights of use
Contract templates, or its licensors, own all intellectual property rights included but not limited to the copyright trademark Contract templates and other brands or product names Contract templates from time to time may be used by Contract Templates provided documents, equipment, software, manuals or other information. The subscriber receives the right to use the services ordered in it scope agreed upon when signing the Agreement.
15th Technical standard
Contract templates are not responsible for any defects and limitations in subscriber’s operating system and computer environment. It is incumbent on the subscriber to make sure that the subscriber has the required technical standard for use of the Services ordered before entering into the Agreement. Agreement Slim Lars Services require the Subscriber to have the required technical standard.
16th Force Major
The parties are exempt from liability for breach of the Agreement caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party, such as disturbances or interruption in public data or telecommunications networks, accident, fire, thunderstorm, explosion, war, riot, flood, natural disaster, labor conflict (whether or not it includes party personnel) or amended regulatory provision or government intervention. For that fact must be invoked as grounds for exemption the party must notify the other party without delay. Part’s responsibility according to Agreement resumes as soon as the circumstances mentioned no longer exist.
17th Support
Agreement templates customer service provides support on weekdays between 09-17 in normal office hours. We have closed weekends. With support mainly refers to the reporting of errors and technical problems with the services.
18th Other
In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions The provisions of the agreement take precedence. Otherwise, reference is made to the applicable ones parts of IT companies General regulations, Electronic services for public networks.
19th Applicable Law and Dispute
Agreements and general terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish substantive law. A dispute for this reason must finally be settled through the General Court of Stockholm District Court as the Court of First Instance.
